How We Work

Two services.
One partner.
No gaps.

We run domestic search first. When the local market comes up short, we have a cross-border pipeline ready — engineers from Latin America and Canada, visa managed end to end, with 90-day post-placement support included. You focus on the interview and the offer. We handle everything else.

Domestic Search & Placement

U.S. talent, moved fast.

We run direct search for engineers, project professionals, and technical specialists across the U.S. market. Intake to shortlist in two weeks. No platform, no app — a focused search run by people who understand the work. You interview and choose. We close it.

Cross-Border Placement + Visa

We find them. We clear them. You hire them.

When the domestic market comes up short, we source engineers from Mexico, Canada, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, and Chile. Full 6-step vetting — credential verification, technical interview, English assessment, and reference checks — then a screened shortlist. You choose. We manage the TN or H1B1 visa with licensed immigration counsel and coordinate arrival. You never touch a petition.

How visa management works
Soft Landing™ — Exclusive Retention Program

Placement is step one.
Staying is the business case.

Most international placement programs fail not because of technical skill — but because of cultural isolation. An excellent engineer who can't find a school for their kids, navigate a lease, or connect with community won't stay past six months. A failed placement costs $15,000–$30,000 to re-hire and replace. BuildCorridor is the only construction workforce firm that addresses retention at the human level.

Pre-Arrival Orientation

Workers arrive knowing what to expect — housing, transportation, banking, and daily life in the U.S., before their first day.

English for Jobsite & Daily Life

Practical language support for workplace communication and everyday situations — not generic ESL.

School & Family Resources

Help navigating school enrollment, childcare, and family services — so the whole household settles, not just the worker.

Local Community Connections

Introductions to local networks and cultural communities that turn a placement into a home.

90-Day Buddy & Check-Ins

A dedicated point of contact for the first 90 days — fielding questions and catching problems early.

Early Retention Signals

We monitor engagement indicators in the first months — flagging risks before they become resignations.
