How We Work

Two services.
One partner.
No gaps.

We run domestic search first. When the local market comes up short, we have a cross-border pipeline ready — skilled trades and engineers from Latin America and Canada, visa managed end to end, with 90-day post-placement support included. You focus on the interview and the offer. We handle everything else.

Domestic Search & Placement

U.S. talent, moved fast.

We run direct search for skilled trades, technicians, engineers, and project leadership across the U.S. market. Intake to shortlist in two weeks. No platform, no app — a focused search run by people who understand the work. You interview and choose. We close it.

Cross-Border Placement + Visa

We find them. We clear them. You hire them.

When the domestic market comes up short, we source engineers and skilled trades from Mexico, Canada, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, and Chile. Full 6-step vetting — credential verification, technical interview, English assessment, and reference checks — then a screened shortlist. You choose. We manage the TN, H1B1, or H-2B visa with licensed immigration counsel and coordinate arrival. You never touch a petition.

How visa management works
Post-Placement Support

Placement is step one.
Staying is the business case.

Every placement includes 90 days of post-placement support. A single dedicated point of contact stays engaged with your new hire and your team — fielding questions, monitoring early engagement, and catching problems before they become resignations. A failed placement costs $15,000–$30,000 to re-hire and replace; staying close through the first 90 days is how we protect it.

Dedicated Point of Contact

One person your new hire and your team can reach for the first 90 days — no ticket queues, no handoffs.

90-Day Check-Ins

Scheduled check-ins with the worker and your site lead to confirm the placement is landing and the work is on track.

Early Retention Signals

We monitor engagement indicators in the first months — flagging risks before they become resignations.
