Workforce Solutions for U.S. Construction & Industrial

The workforce pipeline
for Industrial America.

BuildCorridor places engineers and technical professionals for U.S. construction, manufacturing, energy, and industrial companies. We search local markets first — and when domestic pipelines fall short, we run a fully managed cross-border pipeline. Visa coordination included. One partner from your first call to worker on-site.

How We Work

One partner.
Every channel.
Zero gaps.

We run domestic search first. When the local market comes up short, we have a cross-border pipeline ready — engineers from Latin America and Canada, visa managed end to end, with 90-day post-placement support included.

Domestic Search & Placement

U.S. talent, moved fast.

We run direct search for engineers, project professionals, and technical specialists across the U.S. market. Intake to shortlist in two weeks. No platform, no app — a focused search run by people who understand the work. You interview. You choose. We close it.

Cross-Border Placement + Visa

We find them. We clear them. You hire them.

When the domestic market can't produce, we source engineers and skilled trades from Mexico, Canada, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, and Chile. Full 6-step vetting. You choose from a screened shortlist. We manage the TN, H1B1, or H-2B visa with licensed immigration counsel and coordinate arrival. You never touch a petition.

Industries

Built for the companies
building, making, and
powering America.

We work with companies that have a real project, a defined role, and a need to move — across construction and manufacturing. Whichever sector you’re in, we’ve got the talent and the pathway.

Construction & Infrastructure

Full project pipelines, thin benches. We place the trades, field engineers, and leadership that keep bids executable and schedules intact.

Data Centers & Mission Critical

AI demand has outpaced the MEP and commissioning supply. We staff the electricians, cx techs, and engineers your build schedule depends on.

Manufacturing & Industrial

New and reshored plants need skilled labor before they can run. We place maintenance, automation, and process talent ready from day one.

Medical Device & Life Sciences

Regulated manufacturing can’t run on unvetted labor. We place validation, automation, and quality talent fluent in GMP and cleanroom environments.

Semiconductors & Advanced Fabs

CHIPS-Act fabs are outrunning the domestic pipeline. We source the process, facilities, and controls talent cleared for cleanroom work.

EV & Battery

Gigafactory ramps are aggressive and the talent pool is thin — we draw on a deep bench of domestic and cleared cross-border specialists.

Energy, Grid & Renewables

Grid expansion and renewables buildout can’t wait on a thin local market. We place linemen, substation, and power-systems talent nationwide.

Food, Beverage & Logistics

High-throughput facilities need people who know the floor. We place the automation, maintenance, and industrial talent that keeps lines moving.

How It Works

From workforce gap
to job-ready hire
in six steps.

We've built the process so your team spends time evaluating candidates — not managing visa paperwork. We don't send resumes. We send vetted candidates who've cleared a technical screen, a credential check, and a compliance review before you ever talk to them.

01

Intake & Scoping

We ask for the role, the project type, the timeline, and where you've already searched. If cross-border makes sense, we tell you which visa fits and why. This conversation takes 30 minutes and determines whether we're a fit before anyone invests more time.

02

Candidate Sourcing

We search U.S. markets first. When domestic pipelines can't produce a viable shortlist, we activate cross-border sourcing across Mexico, Canada, Colombia, and Chile — engineers we've already credentialed, screened, and confirmed eligible for U.S. work authorization.

03

Vetting & Shortlist

Credential verification, technical screen, English assessment, reference checks. You receive 3–5 candidates who cleared all of it. No resume dump. If none of the shortlist is right, we go back.

04

In-Person Visit

Before visa filing, you have the option to meet your shortlisted candidate in person for 2–4 days. We coordinate travel, scheduling, and logistics end-to-end — so your time together is spent on evaluation, not organisation. Optional, but consistently the step that turns a shortlist decision into a confident hire.

05

Visa Coordination

For cross-border hires, we manage the entire process with licensed immigration counsel — TN, H1B1, or H-2B, from documentation to approval. You review and sign where required. We track status and handle any issues. This is our department — not yours.

06

Placement & Onboarding

Worker arrives on schedule with valid status. We stay engaged for 90 days as your compliance and HR contact. One person to call. That doesn't end at placement.

Visas & Compliance

You don't touch the visa.
We manage every step.
You manage the work.

No visa categories to learn, no petitions to file. We determine the right pathway — whether it's an engineer on a TN or an electrician on an H-2B — run the process with licensed immigration counsel, and track status through arrival. You sign the offer; that's the extent of your involvement.

TN Visa

No Cap. No Lottery. No Waiting.

For Mexican and Canadian Nationals — Engineers, Architects, Scientists

No annual cap and no lottery — you don't lose a qualified candidate to chance
Port-of-entry adjudication available — approval often measured in days, not months
Renewable indefinitely for qualifying professional roles
No PERM labor certification required — significantly lower friction than green card sponsorship

We draft the TN support letter, coordinate with licensed counsel, and track status through approval.

H1B1 Visa

Specialty Occupations. No Lottery.

For Chilean Nationals — Engineers and Technical Professionals

Dedicated visa category for Chilean nationals under the U.S.–Chile FTA — no lottery
Annual allocation rarely hits its cap — effectively functions as uncapped in practice
Covers engineers, scientists, and technical professionals
Employer provides job offer and a few filing details — we handle the rest

We prepare the LCA, file the USCIS petition, and coordinate the consulate appointment.

H-2B Visa

The Route for Skilled Trades.

For Electricians, Fitters, Welders & Technicians — Non-Degreed Skilled Roles

The pathway for the trades — electricians, pipefitters, welders, and technicians
Filed in January for the April 1 (spring) start — the primary window we target
We begin preparing in the fall so your petition is ready the day filing opens
Cap-subject and lottery-based — early, complete filing is what protects your timeline

We manage the labor certification, prepare the petition, and coordinate consular processing end to end.

The role is open.
Let's fill it.

Tell us the role, the project, and the timeline. We'll respond within one business day with an honest read on what it takes — and whether we're the right fit.
