Cross-Border Workforce Solutions for U.S. Industry

The workforce pipeline
for Industrial America.

BuildCorridor connects U.S. construction, manufacturing, and industrial companies with verified engineers from Mexico, Canada, and Chile. We handle recruiting and immigration end-to-end — so you can focus on building.

Why BuildCorridor Works

The demand is here.
The talent exists.
The corridor is open.

Demand Is Here

Data centers, EV plants, manufacturing facilities, and energy projects are being built at a historic pace — with 500K+ jobs unfilled annually across construction and industrial sectors.

The Talent Exists

Latin America graduates hundreds of thousands of engineers and skilled tradespeople annually — across civil, industrial, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. Credentialed, experienced, and ready to work in the U.S.

The Corridor Is Open

We run sourcing, vetting, and visa coordination under one roof — so there's no handoff gap to fall through. One partner from intake to worker on-site.

How We Work

One partner.
End-to-end.
Zero immigration headaches.

We find the right engineer, run the full vetting process, handle the TN or H1B1 visa from filing to approval, and support the worker through their first 90 days on-site.

End-to-End Recruiting + Visa

We find them. We clear them. You hire them.

We source engineers and professionals from Mexico, Canada, and Chile, run a full 6-step vetting process, then present you a shortlist. You interview and choose. We handle the visa with licensed immigration counsel — TN for Mexican and Canadian nationals, H1B1 for Chilean nationals — and coordinate the worker's arrival. You never touch a petition.

Industries

Built for the companies
building, making, and
powering America.

We work with companies that have a real project, a defined role, and a need to move. Whether you're building a data center, running a factory floor, or scaling an energy project — we've got the talent and the pathway.

Construction

Project pipelines are full. Engineering and trades benches aren't. We place the civil, structural, and MEP talent that keeps bids executable.

Manufacturing

Reshoring is accelerating — and new plants need engineers before they can run. We place process and industrial engineers from Mexico, Canada, and Chile, ready to relocate and contribute from day one.

Data Centers & Mission Critical

AI demand has outpaced the MEP talent supply. We place the engineers and commissioning specialists your build schedule depends on — without the six-month search.

Energy

IRA-driven buildout is creating demand domestic hiring can't absorb. We place field engineers, surveyors, and environmental specialists for projects that can't wait on a thin local market.

EV & Battery Plants

Gigafactory ramps are aggressive and the talent pool for battery-grade chemical and process engineers is thin. We source from Latin America's deep bench of engineers trained specifically for this work.

Food Processing

Processing facilities face constant pressure to optimize throughput and maintain compliance. We place industrial and food safety engineers who know the floor — not just the classroom.

Warehousing & Logistics

Automation investments require engineers who can spec, implement, and operate — not just manage headcount. We place the systems and industrial engineers driving efficiency in modern distribution.

How It Works

From workforce gap
to job-ready hire
in six steps.

We've built the process so your team spends time evaluating candidates — not managing visa paperwork. We don't send resumes. We send vetted candidates who've cleared a technical screen, a credential check, and a compliance review before you ever talk to them.

01

Intake & Scoping

We ask for the role, the project type, the timeline, and the visa preference. If you don't know which visa fits, we tell you. This conversation takes 30 minutes and determines whether we're a fit before anyone invests more time.

02

Candidate Sourcing

We draw from an active pipeline of pre-vetted engineers across Mexico, Canada, and Chile — people we've already credentialed, screened, and confirmed eligible for TN or H1B1 status.

03

Vetting & Shortlist

Credential verification, technical screen, English assessment, reference checks. You receive 3–5 candidates who cleared all of it. No resume dump. If none of the shortlist is right, we go back.

04

In-Person Visit

Before visa filing, you have the option to meet your shortlisted candidate in person for 2–4 days. We coordinate travel, scheduling, and logistics end-to-end — so your time together is spent on evaluation, not organisation. Optional, but consistently the step that turns a shortlist decision into a confident hire.

05

Visa Coordination

We determine the right visa pathway for each hire and manage the entire process end-to-end, coordinated with licensed immigration counsel. You review and sign where required. We track status and handle any issues. This is our department — not yours.

06

Placement, Onboarding & Retention

Worker arrives on schedule with valid status. From there, our Soft Landing™ program kicks in — pre-arrival orientation, housing and school resources, English support for the jobsite, and a 90-day check-in cycle. We stay engaged as your compliance and HR contact because a placement that doesn't stick costs more than starting over.

Visas & Compliance

Immigration is complex.
That's why we
handle it for you.

You don't need to learn visa categories or file petitions. We determine the right pathway based on the candidate's nationality, then manage the process end-to-end with licensed immigration counsel.

TN Visa

No Cap. No Lottery. No Waiting.

For Mexican and Canadian Nationals — Engineers, Architects, Scientists

No annual cap and no lottery — you don't lose a qualified candidate to chance
Port-of-entry adjudication available — approval often measured in days, not months
Renewable indefinitely for qualifying professional roles
No PERM labor certification required — significantly lower friction than green card sponsorship

We draft the TN support letter, coordinate with licensed counsel, and track status through approval.

H1B1 Visa

Specialty Occupations. No Lottery.

For Chilean Nationals — Engineers and Technical Professionals

Dedicated visa category for Chilean nationals under the U.S.–Chile FTA — no lottery
Annual allocation rarely hits its cap — effectively functions as uncapped in practice
Covers engineers, scientists, and technical professionals
Employer provides job offer and a few filing details — we handle the rest

We prepare the LCA, file the USCIS petition, and coordinate the consulate appointment.
