Four Sourcing Options

We source from
every direction.

We search domestic markets first. When local pipelines fall short, we open cross-border sourcing — and match the right visa pathway to the candidate's nationality. No guesswork, no delays.

Domestic Search

U.S.-Based Candidates

Direct search for trades, technical professionals, and engineers across U.S. markets. No visa complexity — faster timelines and lower friction.

No visa required — no immigration risk All trades and engineering disciplines covered Credential-verified, technically screened Typical timeline: 2–4 weeks to offer
TN Visa

Mexican & Canadian Nationals

For Mexican and Canadian citizens in USMCA-listed professional occupations: engineers, architects, geologists, surveyors, and systems analysts.

H1B1 Visa

Chilean Nationals

For Chilean citizens in specialty occupations — engineers and technical professionals under the U.S.–Chile Free Trade Agreement.

No lottery — dedicated FTA allocation for Chile Allocation rarely fills — effectively uncapped in practice Valid 18 months, extendable Typical timeline: 6–8 weeks to on-site
H-2B Visa

Our Standard

Every candidate through
the same full process.

No shortcuts for senior candidates, no lighter process for familiar roles. Every person on your shortlist has completed all six steps — domestic or cross-border.

01

Credential Verification

Degrees and professional licenses verified directly with issuing authorities. For domestic candidates: state licensing boards and university registrars. For cross-border: CACEI, ACOFI, CREA, and equivalent bodies.

02

Technical Interview

Discipline-specific interview conducted by a professional with direct sector experience. We assess technical depth, problem-solving approach, and project delivery context against the specific role requirements.

03

Tools Assessment

Hands-on proficiency verification for the specific tools the role requires — Civil 3D, Revit, ETABS, Navisworks, Primavera P6, or trade-specific software as applicable.

04

Communication Assessment

For domestic candidates: professional communication evaluated during the technical interview. For cross-border candidates: structured B2-level assessment covering technical communication, written comprehension, and verbal fluency.

05

Reference Checks

Direct conversations with supervisors from the candidate's two most recent projects — focused on technical performance, team integration, and delivery outcomes.

06

Work History Verification

Employment confirmed for the most recent 5 years. Any prior immigration history reviewed by our coordination team before TN, H1B1, or H-2B filing begins.
