Engineers and professionals
from Mexico, Canada, and Chile.
Every candidate is credential-verified, technically screened, English-assessed, and reference-checked before they reach your desk. TN visa for Mexican and Canadian nationals, H1B1 for Chilean nationals — both fully coordinated end-to-end.
The right visa for
every nationality.
Visa pathway is determined by the candidate's nationality. We assess eligibility at intake so you're never pursuing a pathway that can't work.

Every candidate through
the same full process.
No shortcuts for senior candidates, no lighter process for familiar roles. Every person on your shortlist has completed all six steps.
Credential Verification
Degree certificates confirmed through accreditation body records. Professional licenses verified directly with issuing authorities — CACEI, ACOFI, CREA as applicable.
Technical Interview
Discipline-specific interview conducted by an engineer with direct sector experience. We assess technical depth, problem-solving approach, and project delivery context.
Tools Assessment
Hands-on proficiency verification for the specific tools the role requires — Civil 3D, Revit, ETABS, Navisworks, or trade-specific equipment as applicable.
English Proficiency
Structured B2-level assessment covering technical communication, written comprehension, and verbal fluency in a professional context.
Reference Checks
Direct conversations with supervisors from the candidate's two most recent projects — focused on technical performance, team integration, and delivery outcomes.
